And since I myself have started eating low-starch you’ll find lots of low-carb recipes for a diabetic lifestyle or for anyone looking for diabetic meals to help resolve prediabetes, insulin resistance, or weight management challenges. Nearly every recipe freezes well, so definitely make double batches to store for nights¬†when you don’t have time to cook.
